Oil-free scroll compressors SPR(x) 2 - 30 are designed for applications where air purity cannot be compromised. Using advanced scroll compression without contact or lubrication, they deliver 100% oil-free air certified to ISO 8573-1 Class 0. Quiet operation, compact layouts and energy efficient IE3 motors reduce operating costs while ensuring reliable performance and a low total cost of ownership.
Pure air with total peace of mind
The SPR(x) 2‑30 range uses oil‑free scroll technology, where two spirals compress air without contact or lubrication. This design guarantees clean, oil‑free compressed air while minimizing wear, vibration and heat generation. The result is stable pressure, continuous operation and long service intervals.
With outputs from 6.8 to 147 m³/h, pressures up to 10 bar and sound levels as low as 53 dB(A), the range covers mono, multi‑scroll and open variants for different production needs.
Designed for efficiency and reliability
High‑efficiency IE3 motors, no unload power consumption and a service‑friendly vertical layout keep energy use and maintenance to a minimum. Integrated protection features, corrosion‑resistant materials and optional built‑in dryers ensure dependable operation and consistent air quality. Intelligent Graphic Control on larger models regulates pressure within a narrow band, improving efficiency and protecting the compressor throughout its operating life.
