Lithium ion batteries for electric cars

Energy recovery in car battery production

Up to 90% of electrical energy is converted into compression heat. This heat could be reused for heating your buildings or within the manufacturing process for drying and aging raw materials. Another option is selling the heat to surrounding industries or cities. This renewable energy could heat houses or other industry processes in an energy-saving way.

Our proposed air and gas systems for your battery production

We have a variety of compressors and refrigerant dryers available for high performance at the lowest possible costs. Battery factories often require larger compressor ranges, a combination of Chicago Pneumatic’s screw compressors and refrigerant dryers in combination with filters could be the ideal solution.

To monitor and manage the multiple compressors, we recommend using a central control system, ECOntrol+. A central controller ensures the most optimum configuration of multiple compressors in terms of energy usage.

For remote monitoring and alarm indication, we provide a remote monitoring system, ICONS. Alerts are delivered straight from your controller to your computer, tablet or smartphone, helping you to reduce the risk of downtime and other costs.
