Oil free scroll compressors SPR 2 – 30 are engineered for applications where air purity cannot be compromised. Using oil free scroll technology, they provide ISO 8573 – 1 Class 0 certified air with stable pressure, low noise and high efficiency. SPR 2 – 30 compressors’ design eliminates oil contamination risk while reducing energy use, maintenance effort and total cost of ownership.
Advanced scroll compression
Within a SPR compressor, air compression is achieved through the orbital motion of scroll elements that never come into contact and require no lubrication. This guarantees 100% oil‑free compressed air and prevents wear, vibration and heat generation. The result is reliable operation, consistent air quality and long service intervals, even in demanding industrial environments.
Variable Air Delivery control
SPR 2 – 30 compressors use multiple scroll modules managed by an intelligent controller. The system activates only the number of modules required to match real‑time air demand, preventing simultaneous starts and maintaining a narrow pressure band. This ensures high efficiency, stable pressure and reduced energy consumption across fluctuating load conditions.
